Sunday morning, the 20th, the Old Brick Church will have an Easter sunrise service at the Four Corners School. And, you read it right, sun-rise. One of the men of the church got on the Internet to discover that the sun should rise, and we will see if it doesn't have bad weather preventing it, like 2 or 3 minutes before 6 am!!! So we are gathering at the Four Corners School at 5:45 AM up a little beyond the Elementary School. Our plans are to meet outdoors because there are folks staying at the school overnight on Saturday night. If inclement weather, bring an umbrella. Bring a chair if you'd like. Don't drink coffee before coming because all we are sure of is the trees in the area if the need arises!!

Why are we doing this? Because Jesus came back from the dead and we celebrate that on Easter plus the Bible uses the words "at dawn on the first day of the week..." We would love to have early risers come on over. We would love to have East Montpelier people that don't attend any church come & join us... its not being held in any church building!! Should be over between 6:15 to 6:30.
