PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE (ONLINE)
PLANNING COMMISSION

A public hearing before the Weybridge Planning Commission will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 7:00 PM, to pursue the following business:

To consider the request of the Washington Family Trust to adjust a boundary to parcel 26.2, which lies south of Perkins Road, and to consider a request to divide the remaining ~31-acre parcel into two lots.
Persons wishing to be heard at this Public Meeting may do so in person or may be represented at the meeting by a licensed Vermont Attorney or an authorized agent; please note that in accordance with Chapter 117, Section 4464 of the Vermont statutes that participation in the Public Meeting is a prerequisite to the right to take subsequent appeal.
