As we al well know, Covid makes everything more challenging, but the Maple Corner Community Center Program Committee is working on some civid-safe fall events! Please consider joining us for the annual Corn Roast at the Robinson Saw Mill on Sunday, September 20th at 5:00PM.
Things will look a little different this year, but we'll still enjoy each others company and eat delicious corn cooked on a bonfire!
Civid-Safe Plan:
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED - 30 People Maximum, First Come First Serve
Reply to this email or email MapleCornerCC@Gmail.com to make your reservation. Please include the number of people attending in your family/pod unit.
~Unlike most years, this will NOT be a potluck dinner.
~We will provide and roast the corn on the cob
~Please plan to bring your own picnic dinner, blanket, chairs, dishes, drinks etc.
~There will be markers around the field for each family/pod picnic site.
~Masks are required at all times unless you are sitting in your family/pod picnic site
~We all want to socialize with our neighbors, but please respect each others space, refrain from gathering and lingering around the fire, and just generally practice safe social distancing procedures.
~Be sure to check out all the wonderful work that has been accomplished on the Saw Mill this year!
Please let me know if you have any questions,
