Hello neighbors,
I'm sure there are others out there that find the odors coming from the CBD plant at the bottom of Elm Street offensive. There is a public hearing next week via Zoom (please see below for link) for us to voice our concerns. As a resident/homeowner on River Street, I have been appalled at how bad the smell can be. It can be difficult to sit outside or even leave windows open. I'm sure there are some other folks that feel the same. Please consider making your voice heard next week. The company is appealing a Notice of Violation it was issued in early August. The hearing will provide residents the chance to speak up regarding the impacts of the odors on their lives and reiterate the need for a proper filtration system. Thanks for considering!
