HooRWA is staging Riverworks 2020 at Linear Park along the Green River in Williamstown. For many years, the Hoosic River Watershed Association hosted an exhibition of environmental art along the river trail in back of Cole Field in Williamstown. This year Riverworks 2020 will celebrate the establishment of a new trail connecting the two sections of Linear Park. The exhibit opening will be on Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and is free to the public. The show will run from September 26 through October 3. Local artists, amateurs and professionals, will exhibit sculpture, installations, or two-dimensional art that can be displayed along the current trail. Parking will be in the lot across from the River Street playground. COVID-19 restrictions will be enforced including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
