The Cabot Trails Committee will have a public discussion of our recently completed Cabot Trails Master Plan on Saturday September 12 at the Pavilion / Recreation field. Note we will be observing proper social distance and ask anyone attending to wear a mask. In addition we plan to hold a virtual discussion at 7pm on Wednesday September 16 via Google Meet. An announcement with those details will be posted soon.

The effort, intent and goal of the effort is community based. Any progress in developing recreational trail resources in town will be dependent on the volunteer participation of landowners and trail stewards. It is important to gather public comment and input on the work that has been done to date. And we are always looking for volunteers, both landowners and trail stewards.

We will have some summary handouts at the Pavilion. In addition there is a full copy of the report available on the town web site at https://cabotvt.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Cabot-Trails-Master-Plan-August-17-2020.pdf. Also please feel free to email any input / comments to andy@agilbert.net.
