Hello! I am Kate Ruddle and I am teaching a free mask making sewing class ONLINE on Tuesday at 7PM East Coast TIME.
You may know me - I am a visual artist and worked at the TW Wood Gallery in Montpelier. This class is being offered through Las Positas College (which is in California - where I taught since 2002 before I moved to Vermont) All you need to do is register for free - there are no out of state taxes or anything of that sort. I am also teaching a Beginning Sewing Class and a Drawing Class which you can check out as well.

FREE ONLINE COURSE - Community Service class: Sew a Mask
Community Education at Las Positas Presents:
In this class you will learn to sew a mask. With this ability you will be able to make masks for yourselves and others. We will be making masks according to current best practices, Dartmouth Hitchcock recommendations, and discuss fitting, options and styles. We will all sew a mask with pleats during the class. Once you have it down - the second one goes quicker! Students must have taken a beginning sewing course and/or be comfortable with their machine to participate in this class.
