Hello Everyone,
I am the Racial and Economic Justice intern at the Peace & Justice center in Burlington and I would greatly appreciate it if you would post the content shown below to your own front porch forums.
For those of you who helped promote "If these Halls Could Talk" thank you very much, we had a great turn out!
Screening of Spies of Mississippi Sunday (4/20) from 4-5:30 at Main Street Landing.
On Sunday, April 20, from 4:00-5:30pm The Peace & Justice center invites you to The Film House at Main Street Landing, (3rd floor, 60 Lake St., Burlington) to view "Spies of Mississippi." Spies of Mississippi is a journey into the world of informants, infiltrators, and agent provocateurs in the heart of Dixie. The film tells the story of a secret spy agency formed by the state of Mississippi to preserve segregation and maintain "the Mississippi way of life," white supremacy, during the 1950s and '60's. Followed by snacks and conversation in the PJC.
