Join the Saint Albans Museum (virtually) on Thursday, August 27 at 7pm for "Anything for Speed: Automobile Racing in Vermont" - an online presentation with Amanda Kay Gustin, Public Programs Manager at the Vermont Historical Society. Vermonters have been racing cars for over a century, on mountainsides and drag strips, fairgrounds and dedicated tracks. We will explore the history of racing in the Green Mountains - a story full of colorful personalities, innovative design, and tight-knit communities from every corner of the state. This program is free and open to the public; registration is requested (a Zoom link will be provided via email confirmation): www.stamuseum.org/event/speed
