Wednesday, August 26th. 2020, 12:00 and 1:pm, join members of the Vermont Suffrage Centennial Alliance (VSCA) in Barre in front of the Youth Triumphant Memorial (aka the naked guy) in order to commemorate the historic passage of the 19th amendment, guaranteeing women the right to vote.

Bring non-partisan, non-political signs (handmade, ok), wear a 1920s hat or a "Votes for Women" sash, talk to folks about the importance of voting…….all the while observing protocols of social distancing and face coverings. Suffragists of a century ago wore white, purple and yellow, and a yellow rose. Lets celebrate and have fun!
