NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RECLASSIFICATION OF PORTION OF CRAM HILL ROAD

Pursuant to the provisions of 19 V.S.A. § 708 (a), the Selectboard of the Town of Roxbury hereby gives notice, in accordance with 19 V.S.A. § 709, that they will meet at the beginning of the Class IV portion on Cram Hill Road on September 15, 2020 at 6:00 PM for a site visit, and then recess to the Roxbury Town Office for the purpose of receiving testimony and hearing all persons interested in the matter of whether the Town of Roxbury shall upgrade the Class IV portion of Cram Hill Road to Class III. (beginning of Class IV to Nameless Road)

If after examination of the premises and hearing any and all interested persons, the Selectboard judges that the public good, necessity and convenience of the inhabitants of the Town of Roxbury require that the said portion of highway be upgraded, it will be so ordered.
