Are you planning to gather with us in Montpelier on Wednesday the 26th to commemorate the final signing of the 19th amendment guaranteeing women the right to vote?
On Tuesday, August 25th, there will be available a nice selection of hats, sashes, and signs at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library for all to borrow to use from 11am to 3pm on Wednesday.
The library is open from 2pm-7pm on Wednesday, making it easy to return the borrowed items.
Please be aware that it is of utmost importance to have these items returned. Some are borrowed and all could (and will) be used for future events.
We're focusing on the State House and Pavillion area, the front of City Hall, and the sidewalk around the library (regulations rule out the library grounds). Strolling about the downtown sounds pretty nice too.
