The South Royalton Community Garden and Luna Bleu Farm invite you to a FREE workshop focused on local food & home preservation. Participants will learn how to turn fresh tomatoes into shelf-stable jars of tomato sauce through a simple home-canning process. Each participant will leave with a jar of their own sauce made from Luna Bleu organic tomatoes!

This is a kid-friendly & Free event. Participants are welcome to bring their own jars for canning, but it is not required - all supplies & ingredients will be provided at no cost to participants. To help with preparations, we do ask that people RSVP to sorocommunitygarden@gmail.com or by calling 440-667-7627. Walk-ins are also welcome, unless/until max capacity is met. Social Distancing safety protocols will apply - face coverings required!
