Cancer survivors, thrivers, and anyone living with cancer are invited to a self care circle at the beautiful Forest Magic Healing Sanctuary in Plainfield, VT. This is a physically distanced event held outside under the trees for you to receive support and connection in nature.

Cancer survivor, facilitator, and healing navigator Rae Carter of EmpowR and oncology massage therapist Hannah Rohloff of Tessera Therapeutic Massage will offer a safe space for participants to feel, share, and be present with each other. Guided meditation, circle share, journaling, self care massage techniques, gentle energy movement, and an optional forest walk will be offered.

Please wear a mask around your neck for easy access if you speak to anyone closer than six feet. There is a sanitized bathroom available for use and covered outside space in the event of rain.
