Acorn Energy Co-op, Climate Action Center of Addison County, and Drive Electric Vermont invite you to an electric vehicle webinar from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday, August 20. Now's a great time to save on purchasing an electric vehicle while incentive funds remain available. Vermont's incentive program currently offers up to $4,000 for an EV purchase, but that incentive has an uncertain future due to COVID-19 budget issues.
This one-hour webinar will cover:
-- New EV models available in Vermont,
-- Issues to consider when switching over from a gas-powered car,
-- Charging options and charging infrastructure, and
-- Current incentives for buying an electric vehicle.
