The Chittenden Regional Planning Commission and the City of Burlington have been working to identify ways to improve low-stress bike connectivity in the southwest corner of the Old North End including the intersections around Battery Park and parts of North Avenue and North Street. The concept plans also identify potential improvements to pedestrian infrastructure and stormwater management.
