Please join the Addison County Chamber of Commerce for our monthly webinar to learn how we can begin the conversation on fostering an anti-racist environment in our local businesses and organizations. Register in advance at https://bit.ly/33me5jF to receive a link to the webinar. This event is free for Chamber members, $10 for non-members.

This 90-minute facilitated dialogue will provide an overview of systemic racism and how it operates at multiple levels in our society and communities with the goal of recognizing the way racism manifests in local spaces. The session will then introduce questions that community businesses should ask themselves to assess where they are at and where they want to be in terms of embodying anti-racism in their services and practices.

This interactive session is intended as a first step in a change process for businesses that want to be intentional about working to transform their culture and to foster an anti-racist environment for customers and clients.
