Virtual Cooking Class Fundraiser!

Since we're all cooking at home a little more these days, why not spice up your normal routine with a cook-along Chinese cooking class. We provide a list of ingredients, then you tune in for an online cooking class with Breana Lai Killeen, EatingWell magazine's Test Kitchen Manager. She'll describe the most common Chinese ingredients, where to find them and how to navigate a Asian grocery store. Then, she'll show us how to prepare two of her favorite dishes—homemade Chinese dumplings and Singapore Noodles. We hope you'll join us for an evening of delicious learning.
