Join genealogist Scott Andrew Bartley this Saturday, August 15, at 2 PM for "Find a Grave." This is an outdoor event presented by the Springfield Art and Historical Society. FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Meet at the upper entrance of Pine Grove Cemetery on Cemetery Road in North Springfield. Drew will explain why it is important and how to post photos of tombstones on the "Find A Grave" website. He will also demonstrate the proper way to clean a stone. In case of heavy rain, the program will be rescheduled otherwise, if necessary, bring an umbrella. You may also want to bring a chair.
