Greetings,
The packet assembled for the August 13 Planning Commission meeting is now available.
As noted in the agenda, during the meeting the Commission will convene as the Telecommunications Review Board (TRB).
While convened as the TRB, members will be conducting a hearing on the application filed by Zachery Manganello for two guy-supported antenna support structures 70' tall, capped by 14' masts and horizontally-mounted "ham" radio antenna pairs at 4450 Dorset Street.
Please note the scope of the hearing will be limited to receiving testimony and evidence relating to the results of the June 22 balloon test and hearing arguments relating to the need for and legal justification supporting additional balloon testing.
