Please join the Parishioners of Christ the King - St Anthony for our annual Tenebrae Service it is a wonderful reflective service to prepare our selves for the Holy Triduum which begins on Holy Thursday. Tenebrae, the Latin word for shadows or darkness in this service we reflect upon the Passion and Death of Jesus through Sacred Scripture and Sacred Hymns. Throughout this reflective service the church moves from light to complete darkness. Our Tenebrae Service is on Monday April 14 at 7 PM at St Anthony Church located on the corner of Pine Street and Flynn Avenue in Burlington's south end.
