The bad news: The weather forecast looks pretty wet for handing out free books to Starksboro youth tomorrow, Tuesday, 8/4. As a result, we will be postponing the Bookwagon route. We will *not* be stopping at Robinson, Hidden Acres, the Jerusalem Schoolhouse, Brookside (south of Robinson Elementary), Hillside (Big Hollow/Ruby Brace Road intersection or Lazy Brook (Hinesburg Hollow Road) tomorrow, Tuesday, 8/4 even though that's what the flyer and signs say.

The good news: Yes! We will reschedule. Watch for information about the Bookwagon returning next Tuesday, August 11th.

And more good news! The forecast looks promising for our other two dates previously scheduled:

Friday, August 7th: We will be at the MAUSD Grab & Go Lazy Brook location on Hinesburg Hollow Road from 9:30-10:30. At this location (Grab & Go is also 9:30-10:30), you may park and choose your books, which will be spread out on the lawn near the picnic tables to remind everyone to social distance. Please feel free to get your books here even if you aren't also picking up meals.

Saturday, August 8th: Come by the library to choose your free books on Saturday. We will have the Bookwagon books outside for you to look through. Library front porch hours, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. If someone else is already at the porch, there are chairs on the path where you can wait your turn.
