New outdoor fitness class, "Heart, Arms, Butt & Gut" at Camp Meade Friday mornings at 7:15 am. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged!
In this 40-minute class, we'll work every major muscle group and get bursts of cardio for heart and lung health.
What to bring:
- A mat or towel
- Dumbbells, anywhere from 2 to 10 lbs recommended. Don't have dumbbells? Get in touch for some alternate ideas/leads for where to find them.
- Water
This class truly is for all fitness levels and will be a low-pressure, fun environment.
To comply with Covid regulations, you'll need to preregister at alpenglowfitness.com/schedule. Clicking "book" on the class will guide you through the registration process.
