Life during the pandemic can be so overwhelming as small things like going to the store or figuring out our kids school this fall become a huge thing to navigate, and can add so much stress. Join Sephirah and Misa for an afternoon of self care and take home simple tools to help you stay grounded and healthy on a beautiful, nourishing farm in Moretown.

Two - ½ day nature retreats that brings vitality back to your body, mind, and soul

Enjoy the beauty of the natural world on a farm in VT, while learning tools for nourishing self care, and why it's an essential ingredient in making healthy food choices, and being our optimal selves. Nutritionist & Health Coach Sephirah Oshkello, MS, RD, CD and Certified Yoga Therapist Misa Annapurna will guide us in slowing down and listening to your innate body wisdom, with simple techniques that bring health, ease, and well-being.

Through the healing power of reflective listening, intuition, nature walks, lifestyle coaching, ritual crafting, yoga, deep breathing and a network of community support, together we implement proven self care principles that brings balance back to our systems, so we can have the energy and replenishment to make a positive impact on the world.

Learn to attune to the wisdoms of your own body and listen to the teachings of the natural world. There are a lot of messages that are being revealed every moment and sometimes it is hard to slow down to hear these important messages. Misa Annapurna will lead a Phoenix Rising-style guided movement and meditation for tapping in to inner wisdom from the body. Sephirah Oshkello, MS, RD will lead us in mindful eating techniques that allow us to understand our bodies hidden messages so we can have the energy and replenishment to make a positive impact on the world.

$48 per retreat or $90 for both programs.

Sephirah Oshkello, MS, RD, CD offers nutrition counseling, health coaching, ritual crafting, and community building programs for adults ready to holistically listen and understand our bodies hidden messages to truly improve our health.

Misa Annapurna is a certified yoga therapist who guides individuals in their personal journeys to optimal physical, mental, emotional, and energetic health with mindfulness based yoga. Misa taught at and owned Valley Glow Yoga.
