The Annual Meeting of Grand Isle Historical Society will be held Wednesday, July 29 at 6:30 p.m. on the lawn of the Hyde Cabin, 228-230 U.S. Rt. 2, Grand Isle. All are welcome. There will be very short business meeting after which the new Worthen Barn with its tool and agricultural display will be open for a sneak preview. Please bring your chair. Masks and social distancing will be required.

Come and see what has been accomplished at the Worthen Barn by a small group of volunteers during this very strange COVID-19 summer.

There will be an opportunity to join the Historical Society. Annual membership is $10 per year. With no income from the Historical Site this year, membership support is more important than ever.

Allen Stratton's 2-volume set "The History of the South Heroe Island" (the towns of South Hero and Grand Isle) will be available for purchase at $100 per set. All proceeds will benefit the Grand Isle Historical Society.
