Lavender is often used for healing and raising our vibration to the highest level possible as the easiest path to healing. Explore these ideas as we move through yoga asanas to activate our "Lavender/crown chakra" amidst the lavender.

Allow some time after our session for roaming amidst the lavender, enjoying the views, and checking out the items for sale. Bring your own mat/blanket and water, sunscreen, insect repellent, as we will be outdoors.
