The Sheldon Historical Society will hold an unveiling of Historic Main Street Waymarkers on Main Street near the veterans memorial at 10 AM Saturday July 18. All are welcome to attend with proper physical distancing and masks. We will hold a brief ceremony and recognize the efforts of our Sheldon School students in producing this two year project. The display will be a permanent recognition of the significance of Sheldon's Main Street and the people who settled there during the 1700 and 1800's Self guided tour maps will be available at the museum at 200 Bridge Street during open hours on Saturdays from 1-4 and Thursdays 10-1.
