Hi neighbors!

Join me for 5 weeks of pilates this summer at Whetstone Wellness under their beautiful backyard tent.

Pilates is a whole body system of movement focused on integrating and strengthening the core. We'll work on shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility, functional movement patterns and learn how to build core muscles without injury.
My background in exercise science and therapeutic exercise means I can tailor the class to help you move safely and with awareness and ease. All ages and abilities are welcome. If you're already fit- wonderful! Pilates can bring a new strength and balance to your athletic pursuits.

The session runs from July 21st through August 18th with a makeup class on August 25th.

Held Tuesday mornings from 9-10am outside at Whetstone Wellness. $55 for the session or $12 for a drop in class.
