Stowe Vibrancy is pleased to present the 4th Annual Gardens of Stowe on Sunday, August 9, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m OR 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. Some of Stowe's most interesting gardens will be showcased. A limited number of advance ticket sales are now available on Stowe Vibrancy's website at www.stowevibrancy.com

The Garden Tour will be self guided. Maps, instructions on the online silent auction bidding, as well as profiles of the gardeners and artists will be emailed the day before. This event is rain or shine. In order to maximize social distancing, Guests will be assigned their starting garden. Guests should observe appropriate social distancing at each garden, and wear masks. Garden Hosts will decide on the safest number of guests allowed. Please plan to wait in your car as needed. Please note that the Tea Party Reception has been cancelled this year, due to the pandemic.

This year, the entertainment will include artists painting "En Plein Aire" in selected gardens during the tour where guests may observe the artists at work, with proper social distancing. Their works will be generously donated to an online silent auction, following the tour. Guests will be able to purchase these special and original pieces of art in watercolor, acrylic, pastels or charcoal, at very reasonable prices.

Stowe Vibrancy is celebrating 10 years as a Vermont non-profit corporation with a 501c3 fundraising arm, Friends of Stowe Vibrancy. Our mission is to increase the vibrancy of the Town of Stowe through the enhancement of social, recreational, cultural, economic and physical characteristics of the Town of Stowe. And, since our inception, we have done just that.

Consistent with our mission, Stowe Vibrancy produces and co-produces major events, and event series. In addition to our events, Stowe Vibrancy partners with the Town and local businesses in efforts to support infrastructure, economic development, and to support our community.
