All are invited to a non-violent, peaceful vigil in support of the Movement for Black Lives.
Friday, 5:30-6:30 in downtown Springfield. Park in the movie theater parking lot & meet-up by the bus stop.
As peacemakers, we bear witness to systemic racism in the social and economic fabric of the United States, and offer our weekly public presence on the town square to inspire ongoing conversations about how we can help create Martin Luther King's "beloved community"** (a multi-racial, multi-cultural society with equal access to resources) that will uplift and benefit all citizens.
Please wear masks practice and social distancing to protect yourself and others!
