What: Food truck vendors in several of our parks on a rotating basis
When: Thursday evenings in July from 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Veterans Memorial Park – Mac's Sugar Shack and Sisters of Anarchy
Overlook Park – Lake Champlain Chocolates
Red Rocks Park – Palmers Maple and Catering by Dale

Though we needed to cancel our popular #SoBu Nite Out summer food truck and live music series due to the current gathering size restrictions, we recognize the desire for the community to get outside and safely visit our local parks and to take advantage of our recreation path network. During the month of July, we will work with local food truck vendors to have them stationed in several parks around the city on Thursday evenings for community members to swing by for an evening treat. We encourage folks to bike or walk if possible and to continue practicing social distancing and to follow the current health guidelines.
