PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following application at their meeting on July 23, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Municipal Building Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton, Vermont:
Raymond and Laura Cristelli, applicant, is requesting a Setback Waiver for a proposed 7ft x 14ft deck addition at 10 Shannon Way. If granted, this waiver would reduce the side setback from the district requirement of 15 feet to 10 feet. The subject property is owned by the applicant and is described as Parcel #115056.064000, Book 466 & Page 427, SPAN 396-123-13188. The property is recorded as having 0.4 acres, and is located within the Medium Density Residential (R2) zoning district and the Arrowhead Lake Planning Area.
Town of Milton, applicant, is requesting Major Site Plan and Conditional Use approval for the construction of a utility building housing Public Works infrastructure at 0 West Milton Road (River Street Park). The applicant is also requesting a Variance from side setback regulations to allow the proposed construction to occur within the setback. These approvals would allow the Town of Milton Public Works Department to replace an existing underground pressure-sustaining valve assembly with enclosed, above ground infrastructure, improving access, and reducing risk to Public Works employees and maintenance costs for the Town. The subject property is owned by Green Mountain Power Corp and is described as Parcel #211002.000000, SPAN 396-123-10645. The property is recorded as having 20.3 acres, and is located within the Historic Neighborhood Center (NC2) and Flood Hazard Overlay (FHO) zoning district and the Town Core Planning Area.
