NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Richmond Development Review Board (DRB) shall hold a public hearing via Zoom meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 beginning at 7:00 PM to consider the following:

Public Hearing-
Town of Richmond- Application 2020-078 for Conditional Use Approval in the Flood Hazard Overlay District for 400' waterline replacement in the floodway, located at 286 Bridge St (Volunteers Green), Parcel ID BR0286, in the Agricultural/Residential Zoning District.

Other Business-
Approve minutes from July 8 DRB meeting.

Due to precautions being taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with Bill H.681 this DRB meeting will be held via login online or conference call only.
