Kristin Martins of The Birthing Trail is offering a virtual childbirth education class on Wednesdays from 6 PM - 8 PM starting July 15th until August 5th. This class will cover basics starting from the end of pregnancy through the process of labor and birth and common medical interventions that you may come across. We will cover and practice a variety of comfort measures for any way you hope to give birth. You will learn about making informed decisions, creating birth preferences, and preparing for postpartum as well as infant feeding.
