With Bill Carris and his wife, Barbara, selling their stunning mid-century home & guest house behind the West Rutland Art Park, we will be liquidating the contents of the real estate. Barbara and Bill are fixtures in the Rutland area, with Bill formerly serving as a state senator, and the past president of Carris Reels, which was founded in 1951. The sale represents a life spent traveling and collecting items that struck their fancy, with an eye for whimsical pieces. Included are medical pieces descending from Bill's ancestor-a noted physician in Rochester, VT.
Directions: The homes are located behind the West Rutland Art Park on Clarendon Avenue. If you have any doubts, turn into the driveway by the life-size steampunk train and follow the 1/2 mile driveway to the end.
COVID 19: We will be following federal and state guidelines for business operation during Covid 19. Masks will be required. Due to the expansive nature of the homes we anticipate many shoppers at a time.
