SATURDAY, 6/20, APPROXIMATELY 11:00 A.M. – MAIN STREET
There will be a car "parade" on Saturday, 6/20, to honor the Harwood Class of 2020 on Main Street in Waitsfield.
The parade will begin shortly after graduation ceremonies at the school conclude, between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. Deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Department will be on hand to assist with traffic control and to lead the processional.
The parade will start near the intersection of Main Street (Route 100) and Old County Road and conclude at Slow Road in Irasville. As the event is a rolling parade, traffic will not be stopped (except to start the processional) and any delays are expected to be minor. There should be no impact on traffic traveling north on Main Street (Route 100) during the event.
