6:00 Call to Order / Amendments / Welcome and Identify Guests
1. Zoning update:
a) Clare Rock (CVRPC) invited
b) Meet with staff from Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission to discuss zoning update, including scope, schedule and budg etc.
c) Review zoning regs from some other VT towns as samples.
d) Identify overall goals for update and begin to identify aspects of current zoning to keep, modify or discard.
2. Municipal Planning Grant – Walkable Middlesex Village
a) Discuss any updates or feedback
3. Approve minutes of June 10 meeting.
