Support Families Experiencing Postpartum Depression

Past event
Jun 15 to 20, 2020

Join us June 15-20 for a community-wide virtual event to support families with babies! The Climb Out of Darkness is an annual awareness-raising event about postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. We climb this year as a symbol of care for Central Vermont families experiencing isolation during COVID-19. We climb to say "you are not alone, we see you, we care, we are here". Due to physical distancing, we won't gather in-person on the State House Lawn, instead join us online and outdoors for a week of caring and connection.

• Look for #ClimbCareConnect posters with suggestions for keeping connected and caring for others who are isolated.
• Go on a "Choose Your Adventure" climb to honor you or a loved one's climb out of the darkness.
• Play Self Care BINGO by downloading BINGO cards from our Causevox page and send card for a Grand drawing on June 20 (follow us on Facebook for daily prize drawings).

To participate, join our team on Causevox and share on social media with #ClimbCareConnect. With gratitude to our sponsors: Central Vermont Medical Center, Washington County Mental Health Services, Acelleron, and Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice #ClimbCareConnect @GoodBeginningsVT, www.facebook.com/events/198813801288324/, join team at http://climbout2020.causevox.com/team/centralvt
