Taking Steps Brattleboro, a program of Brattleboro Area Hospice invites people interested in learning more about Advance Care Planning to complete an Advance Directive for healthcare to a Zoom meeting held each Wednesday morning at 10 am. If you are interested in attending please email don.freeman@brattleborohospice.org or call 802.257.0775 ext 101 to receive the zoom invitation.

Information will include where to find forms, who do I name as my healthcare agent, who should have a copy of my Advance Directive, and clarifying beliefs and values about healthcare treatment choices if you can't speak for yourself in a medical situation.
