4. Russell Family Trust: Sketch Plan review for a 3-lot subdivision at New South Farm in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing to create two new lots (0.50+/- and 0.57+/- acres) for two single-family residences on the north (uphill) side of the existing New South Farm neighborhood. Hearing continued from 4/7/20 and 5/19/20.

5. Black Rock Construction/Haystack Crossing, LLC: Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use review for Phase 1 of a major mixed use (residential, commercial, light industrial) development on a +/-76-acre property located on the west side of Route 116 north of Kinney Drug and Patrick Brook in the Village Northwest and Agricultural Zoning Districts. Hearing continued from 2/18/20, 3/17/20, 4/21/20, 5/5/20, 5/19/20, and 6/2/20. Topics to be addressed at this meeting include Energy Committee comments and traffic analysis.
