Greetings neighbors,
The Project Graduation Committee for the MMU Class of 2020 is organizing a "rolling celebration" for our seniors. The "rolling celebration" is being organized as a recessional from the MMU graduation. A parade-like event, this "rolling celebration" will take graduates and their families on a route through their hometowns led by local fire departments - and possibly other first responders and town vehicles - to acknowledge the celebration that just concluded. The routes and timing of this rolling celebration will be released in the near future - but this weekend is a safe bet.

MMU will be announcing the official time and date for graduation on Thursday, June 11.

What can you do?
Blue and white yard signs with Cougar paws and other visual representations sprinkled around the towns of Bolton, Huntington, Jericho, Richmond and Underhill would do a lot to add to this celebration. When the date and time are announced for graduation, consider standing on the side of the road - practicing physical distance and wearing masks - to cheer for these young people as they embark on the next leg of their journey.
