Grab your chalk and come show Middlebury that Black Lives Matter! In response to George Floyd's murder and the horrific mistreatment of black folks in this country, we will be covering downtown Middlebury's sidewalks in numbers to call, names of people who have be murdered by the police, and calls to action!
This event will serve as a peaceful show of solidarity to black folks in the community as well as a demand for action!
We will meet at 11am in the Ilsley Public Library Parking lot and then disperse all over town.
PLEASE NOTE--All participants MUST wear a mask and maintain social distancing!
Bring yourself, bring your kids, bring your chalk if you have some! Let's show Middlebury that Black Lives Matter!!
