On view this week at the Front (May 28 through June 4): a triptych in oil and cold wax on panel by Montpelier artist Kate Burnim and a mixed media work (oil and egg tempera, pigment print on canvas) by Moretown artist Ned Richardson. Show 38 is a group show at The Front, Montpelier's collective gallery at 6 Barre Street, featuring work by all gallery members in a rotating display of recent art by members viewable through the gallery's windows. Each week will feature work by two different artists, one in each window. New art will go up on Thursdays and will remain on display for one week. The show will be open through June.
