Central VT street medics is hosting a donation drive to gather resources to increase support for folks experiencing houslessnes during covid19. There are over 200 people experiencing unshelteredness in and around Montpelier and Barre. Many of the usual resources especially access to water and hygiene have been compromised during this time of the pandemic.

Please donate items in usable condition, ie that you would give to your friends
We will be set up on the state house lawn. Please practice social distancing and come wearing your mask.
Consider sanitizing your donations if possible.

Camping and outdoor gear
-tents
-camping pads
-sleeping bags
-camping chairs
-tarps
-tick spray/ bug spray
-tick keys
-rain gear - rain jackets, ponchos, water proof pants
-sunscreen
-headlights/ flashlights
-1 lb propane cylinders (small green ones)
-hygiene products-hand sanitizer, soap, tooth brush and toothpaste
-battery powered/ solar powered radios
