Join us for this virtual adult craft night! While we are physically separated, we would still love to come together socially online. For this craft night, we will make Waldorf Window Stars. These are colorful stars, made from kite paper (a translucent paper). A fun way to brighten up your windows and for us to come together as a community! This craft night is geared toward adults, but kids are welcome to join their parents/ caregivers for this virtual experience.
Supplies needed:
Kite Paper Squares - This can be substituted by origami paper or any regular paper cut into 6" to 10" squares. The sun just won't shine through non-translucent paper as fully. Your paper squares should all be the same size. The bigger your squares are, the bigger your star will be!
Glue - Any regular clear-dry glue; Stick or Bottle
**Supply kits can be picked up at the library in the days leading up to the event. Just indicate on your registration form if you would like supplies, and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up day.
This is meant to be a social gathering for some fun crafting. Please register by filling out the following form: https://forms.gle/3BUWxYufmDV3XYXP7 or by calling the library at 827-3945. Once registered, you will be sent an email confirmation including a zoom link to join our online craft night.
