National Public Works Week

Past event
May 19 to 23, 2020

This week is National Public Works Week. The theme this year is Rhythm of Public Works. This year's exciting poster challenges our members and their citizens to think about their communities as a symphony of essential services, working in concert to create a great place to live. Every community has a rhythm, a heartbeat that reflects its essence and tempo of life. Poster can be seen/purchased: https://npww.apwa.net/

Due to Covid 19 all of our planned celebrations have been canceled, local & nationally. So now the New England Chapter of American Public Works is using innovated ways to help spread the word and support our behind the scenes First Responders that make our communities run effectively in these trying times.

Governor Scotts signed Proclamation can be found: https://governor.vermont.gov/content/public-works-week-proclamation-20-027

Please support your Public Works Department during this difficult time.
