Using the New North End Food Pantry's COVID-19 monthly grocery delivery program as a model and inspiration, our South End neighbors will also provide groceries for anyone who shows up.
This Saturday, May 16th from 9 to 11 am, at the Champlain Elementary School's parking lot at 800 Pine Street, there will be bags of food staples, grocery gift cards, masks and book for all ages. Rain or shine. Many in our communities have been impacted by this pandemic and our City Council colleagues (Councilors Karen Paul, Chip Mason, & Joan Shannon) have sponsored this event to provide a little help to our community in these challenging times.
