The April issue of AARP magazine listed a free shredding event to be held in Colchester on Tues. May 12 from 11 am-1pm in the Spare Time Bowling Alley parking lot, 215 Lower Mountain View Drive. There is a limit of 3 bags or boxes per car; no need to remove clips or staples. More info at aarp.org/vt
