The Essex Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 in the conference room at the Town Offices, 81 Main Street. The agenda includes the following items:
- Public comments
- Consent agenda item for a site plan amendment to allow a 25-seat restaurant to occupy 1 Market Place, Unit 25.
- Public hearing for a Sketch Plan review of a proposed three-lot subdivision at 319 Old Stage Road. A 13.4-acre lot would be subdivided into a 3.9-acre lot, a 4.0-acre lot, and a 5.5-acre lot.
- Work session on amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. The Planning Commission will revisit previously approved amendments (the amendments were never adopted by the Selectboard) pertaining primarily to the Resource Preservation District - Industrial (RPD-I) zoning district; performance standards for noise, vibration, air pollution, and more; and conservation subdivision regulations.
