Call for Art from Art on Main:
Earth Day Art Quilt
Art on Main has postponed an Earth Day 2020 community art activity that was to take place at Holley Hall on April 18. But social distancing doesn't have to stop us from doing things TOGETHER! So, let's do it anyway!
We would like you, your children, your senior relatives, your teenagers – to make 8" art squares to be assembled into a quilt. Eight inches square, paper or fabric. Any medium. Craft an image to express a thought or a feeling about the Earth. Let's make this a BIG quilt- to be hung at Bristol Cliffs bakery when we can "come out."
You can drop your squares off at Art on Main on A drop box will be outside the door. WE ALSO HAVE SOME 8" PAPER SQUARES AND OTHER ART MATERIAL IN A BIN OUTSIDE OUR DOOR. TAKE WHAT YOU NEED!
You can also mail your squares to Art on Main, 25 Main Street, Bristol, 05443.
